Fuel8Gift provides a marketplace for purchasing digital and physical gift cards. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.
3. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are final upon confirmation. Gift cards are non-refundable once delivered to the recipient's email address. We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe is fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
4. Gift Card Terms
Each gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand. Fuel8Gift is not responsible for the policies of third-party brands, including expiry dates, usage restrictions, or balance enquiries.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fuel8Gift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.
