Yes. Digital gift cards are sent to the recipient's email address within seconds of your order being confirmed. Physical cards, where available, ship within 1–3 business days.
Absolutely. During checkout you can add a personal message that will be included in the email delivered to your recipient.

Yes — just enter your own email address as the recipient. This is a great way to load up a prepaid card for your own use.
First, ask them to check their spam folder. If it's still not there, contact our support team with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
Expiry policies vary by brand. Please check the terms on the specific gift card's product page. Most major brand gift cards have no expiry date.
Gift cards are generally non-refundable once delivered, as they are a digital product. If you experience an issue please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it.
